How can I check my order history?

After logging in, you can view the orders you made through the 'My Page > My Orders' section. For non-members, you can check your order details or status by searching the order number.
Order is trackable for up to 1 year.

If you wish to change your order after it has been made, please email us or use 1:1 Inquiry.

Is it possible to partially cancel items with credit card payments?

Yes, it is possible to partially cancel items with a credit card payment if the shipping process has not started.

The specific item amount you wish to cancel will be deducted (as a negative charge), adjusting the total charge accordingly.
However, there are cases where partial cancellation is not possible, such as credit card discounts (invoice discounts), debit or credit card point usage, and corporate or gift card usage. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss canceling and reordering or arranging a refund in the form of online store credit.

What is the shipping cost when placing an order?

When you make a purchase over $200, shipping is free. Free shipping is not available for certain countries.

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods at BeneBene include PayPal, Alipay, and online store credits/points.

Order Delivery

Which courier service is used for delivery?

EMS, items are dispatched the same day via EMS. You can track your delivery by verifying the tracking number on the EMS website of your respective country. The tracking number will be available for viewing under MY ACCOUNT - MY ORDERS after 6:00 PM the day after the order is placed (based on Korean Standard Time)

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually, it takes approximately 4-5 days from the payment date for you to receive the order. However, the delivery may take an additional 2-3 days depending on the region.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the EMS Track/Confirm EMS Search URL or by using the postal service in the respective country.

Cancellation/ Exchange/ Refund Policy.

What is the procedure for exchanges/returns?

Exchange/Return Procedure:
1. Request exchange or return through 1:1 inquiry. (Our customer service team will promptly handle your request.)

2. Please ensure the returned/exchanged items are properly packaged along with accompanying items. (This includes the purchase invoice, tags, labels attached to the product, and any included gifts.)

How many times can I exchange or return an item?

Exchanges or returns can be made only once within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. If exchanges or returns cannot be processed, or if items are returned without confirmation from customer service, the product will be re-shipped to the customer. The resulting shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do I need to know the EMS tracking number when returning an item?

The tracking number serves as evidence that you have shipped the product back, helping prevent product loss and expediting seller confirmation. Therefore, it's advisable to retain the tracking number if you're returning the item yourself. If you happen to forget the tracking number for the product you've returned, you can inquire directly with the courier company as they usually have access to tracking information.

If there's an issue with the received product or if a different item was delivered, how can I get an exchange?

In the case of product defects or incorrect delivery, cancellation is possible upon confirmation of the product's abnormality. Benebene will cover the EMS costs in these cases.

When are exchanges/returns not possible?

- After 30 days have passed since the exchange/return period.
- When the product's tags are removed or damaged, making resale difficult.
- If the product is damaged due to the customer's fault (e.g., washing)
- When a significant period has elapsed since the purchase.

To maintain the best possible condition, please follow the care instructions indicated on the label. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  • Place in washing bag and gently wash up to 30º.
  • Do not soak it in water for more than 30 minutes before washing.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Avoid tumble dry.
  • Iron in low temperature.
 

Linen

  • Dry cleaning is recommended.
  • Lightly hand wash in cold water with delicate detergent.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron in low temperature (With a cotton fabric layer in between to protect the garment.).
 

Denim

  • Due to the nature of the material, color may transfer to other garments.
  • Wash separately, turned inside out.
  • Machine wash up to 30º.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Avoid tumble dry.
 

Knitwear

  • Dry cleaning is recommended.
  • Lightly hand wash in cold water with delicate detergent.
  • Do not wring out but press out the excess moisture.
  • Lay it flat to dry.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron in low temperature (With a cotton fabric layer in between to protect the garment.).
  • Due to the nature of the material, pilling may occur; use a lint remover for maintenance.
