Yes, it is possible to partially cancel items with a credit card payment if the shipping process has not started.
The specific item amount you wish to cancel will be deducted (as a negative charge), adjusting the total charge accordingly.
However, there are cases where partial cancellation is not possible, such as credit card discounts (invoice discounts), debit or credit card point usage, and corporate or gift card usage. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss canceling and reordering or arranging a refund in the form of online store credit.
When you make a purchase over $200, shipping is free. Free shipping is not available for certain countries.

EMS, items are dispatched the same day via EMS. You can track your delivery by verifying the tracking number on the EMS website of your respective country. The tracking number will be available for viewing under MY ACCOUNT - MY ORDERS after 6:00 PM the day after the order is placed (based on Korean Standard Time)
Usually, it takes approximately 4-5 days from the payment date for you to receive the order. However, the delivery may take an additional 2-3 days depending on the region.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the EMS Track/Confirm EMS Search URL or by using the postal service in the respective country.

Exchanges or returns can be made only once within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. If exchanges or returns cannot be processed, or if items are returned without confirmation from customer service, the product will be re-shipped to the customer. The resulting shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The tracking number serves as evidence that you have shipped the product back, helping prevent product loss and expediting seller confirmation. Therefore, it's advisable to retain the tracking number if you're returning the item yourself. If you happen to forget the tracking number for the product you've returned, you can inquire directly with the courier company as they usually have access to tracking information.
In the case of product defects or incorrect delivery, cancellation is possible upon confirmation of the product's abnormality. Benebene will cover the EMS costs in these cases.
